| LEAN MEAN THIRTEEN goes on sale June 19, and it features none other than Stephanie's sleazy ex-husband, Dickie Orr and the slutbag who caused the divorce in the first place... Stephanie's nemesis, Joyce Bernhardt. Stephanie's wished for years that Dickie would disappear. Now that he has, as luck would have it, she has to find him. What's worse, Joyce is sticking to her like stink on a monkey. Could her luck get any worse? You betcha. Janet's luck also turned south during the photo shoot for the THIRTEEN book cover. This year, she though it might be fun to try using wigs for a different look. After carting the wigs halfway across the country, Janet ended up not using any of them for photos. The wigs didn't go to waste, though. Here's the rest of the crew in their "Janet" hairdos... |

With LEAN MEAN THIRTEEN written and a new author photo on the cover, we're now getting ready for book tour. If we're still out of luck and won't get to visit a city near you, don't panic! In October, we'll be touring again with Stephen Cannell for our new co-authored book, No Chance. Tour stops for THIRTEEN are on the inside of this newsletter, and stops for No Chance will be in the September newsletter.
