2. What has been your best fan experience?
That's hard. There have been so many great moments that are all unique and wonderful in their own way. Probably the best was the first time I saw someone buy one of my books. I waited in the bookstore for three days before someone actually bought a copy of my first book. I was so excited I approached the woman and asked her if she wanted me to sign her book. She looked at me like I was completely insane.
3. Your scariest fan experience?
Not the scariest, but one of the strangest. I did a talk for a company once and there was a guy sleeping in the third row. Every time I said "sex", or any word like that, he would wake up and start laughing hysterically-- then he'd immediately go back to sleeping.
4. What has been your favorite thing about being a celebrity?
I don't think of myself as a celebrity.
5. Who is the coolest person you have met?
Kinky Friedman. He once asked me where the "executive crapper" was.

Jiffy
7. Cake or pie and what flavor?
Cake. Birthday flavor.
8. Which one of your books has been the hardest to write? and why?
Two For the Dough. The second book is almost always the hardest. Plus my father died while I was writing it. Probably why it took place in a funeral home.
9. The easiest and why?
The further I get along in the series the easier they are to write. I get better at plotting with every book I write, so things move along faster.
10. Do you speak any foreign languages?
Are you kidding? Me don't even speak English good.
11. Do you have a philosophy for life? What is it?
Choose love, happiness and kindness.
12. What pets do you currently have?
I have a cat named Gus and a rude bird named Ida. I also have a grand-dog named Barnaby and grand-cat named Bombay.
13. Describe your first romantic kiss.
I'm not sure about romantic, but my first kiss was in a dark closet with a guy named Jimmy.
14. What is your one true self indulgence?
Donuts

My children

Screaming babies in airplanes.
