Stephanie Plum - Born and raised in the Chambersburg section of Trenton, Stephanie is a bounty hunter with uncanny instincts and a knack for attracting disaster. She's tough, she's sexy and she almost never shoots people.
Joe Morelli - Trenton cop who shares a long and racy history with Stephanie Plum. His relationship with Stephanie is currently in the fast lane.
Punk Balog - FTA who gives Stephanie and Lula the "full moon" and more.
Lula - Filing clerk at Vinnie's office. She's a plus sized black woman in a size seven white world. She's all attitude all the time. Right now, she's aspiring to be a super model.
Vincent Plum - Vinnie runs a Trenton bail bonding company and employs his cousin Stephanie Plum. He's not the best bail bondsman and he's not the worst. There can be no doubt that he's a world class sleaze.
Grandma Mazur - Stephanie's cooky grandmother. When Grandpa Mazur cashed in his two dollar chips and moved on to the High Rollers' Suite in the sky, she moved in with Stephanie's parents.
Valerie - Stephanie's sister. She's recently divorced, very pregnant and very hungry. To Frank Plum's great dismay, she and her daughters have moved in with the parents.
Helen Plum - Stephanie's mother. Her house has been an asylum lately and she is a bit out of sorts. She insists that she is not menopausal, despite what Grandma Mazur says.
Frank Plum - Stephanie's father. His suffering since Grandma Mazur moved in is nothing compared to the suffering he has experienced since Valerie moved in with her kids.
Connie Rosolli - Vinnie's office manager and guard dog. She's a couple years older and a couple inches shorter than Stephanie, and she has Steph by three cup sizes.
Samuel Singh - He is in the states on a three month work visa and Vinnie wrote a bond insuring that he will leave when his visa is up. Problem is, he's disappeared and nobody knows where to look for him.
Mrs. Apusenja - Indian woman who rented a room to Samuel Singh. She has planned for her daughter to marry Samuel.
Nonnie - Mrs. Apusenja's daughter. She works at Classy Nails at the mall. She isn't very distraught over Singh's disappearance, but she does want to know where her dog went.
Boo - Nonnie's little dog. He went missing at the same time that Samuel Singh disappeared.
Ranger - Always armed and dangerous, Ranger is Vinnie's top gun. The story goes that he used to be special forces.
Andrew Cone - Singh's boss at TriBro Tech. He's a regular family guy who owns the business with his two brothers.
Dianne and Evelyn - Andrew Cone's two sisters.
Bart Cone - Andrew Cone's brother. He's a surly guy with a suspicious past.
Clyde Cone - Andrew Cone's goofy geek of a brother. He is part owner of TriBro tech as well.
Mary Lou - Stephanie's best friend since birth. Now she's married with a pack of kids.
Rex - Stephanie's hamster roommate. He lives in a glass aquarium on the kitchen counter.
Lillian Paressi - Woman who was murdered near Washington's Crossing State Park. Bart Cone was charged with the murder, but later the charges were dropped.
Ann Kilmer - Samuel Singh's supervisor at TriBro Tech.
Jane Locorelli - A co-worker of Singh's at TriBro Tech. She's worked at TriBro for 31 years, the poor woman.
Dolly Freedman - Another of Singh's co-workers at TriBro.
Edgar - A TriBro employee who does stress testing.
Alice Louise - Another TriBro employee.
Albert Kloughn - Valerie's boyfriend and boss. He's pink, round and easily flub-a-dubbed.
Angie - Valerie's daughter. She's nine years old and perfectly behaved.
Mary Alice - Valerie's other daughter. She's seven years old and a bit wilder than Angie. She also thinks she's a horse.
Howie - Someone that Singh was looking for just before he went missing.
Aunt Rose - Morelli's aunt. She left her house to him when she passed on.
Bob - Morelli's dog, handed down to him from Stephanie. He's big and scruffy and lovable.
Grandma Bella - Morelli's grandmother. She's little, Italian and very frightening. She has visions and a mysterious power known as "The Eye".
Mrs Friolli - Lady who lives two doors down from Morelli.
Mrs. Morelli - Joe's mother. She's 5'4" in heels but you'd never know it from her commanding presence. She's a fierce guardian of the Morelli clan.
Sonji Kluchori - A woman that Lula knows from her previous life as a ho. Sonji is a crackhead, always looking for her next fix.
Benito Ramirez - An insane boxer who once beat Lula within an inch of her life.
Carl Costanza - Trenton cop who always seems to get the call when Stephanie has triggered another disaster.
Big Dog - Carl Costanza's partner.
Elaine Mirvardi - A Burg gossip. She has a nice daughter who never shoots people.
Lucille Rice - Burg woman who also has a daughter that never shoots people.
Tank - Ranger's right hand man. He's around 6'6" and he's built like... a tank.
Mrs. Herrel - Older lady who lives in Joe's neighborhood.
Mrs. Gudge - Another lady who lives in Joe's neighborhood.
Mabel Burlew - Grandma Mazur's friend.
Lois Grizen - A friend of Grandma Mazur who has experimented with hair loss treatments.
Mitchell Farber - Recently deceased gentleman. He's laid out at Stiva's.
Bailey Scrugs - Guy who used to go out with Lillian Paressi.
Loretta Beeber - A Burg gossip.
Terry Gilman - Morelli's old flame from high school. Now she has a shady job with a local organized crime figure.
Mrs. Brodsky - Morelli's neighbor.
Joyce Barnhardt - Stephanie's arch-enemy. They have always had problems but recently Joyce took a job from Vinnie and things escalated.
Bobby V - Guy who is always on hand at Marsilio's, but its hard to say what his job is.
Carl Rosen - Lillian Paressi's neighbor. They were close friends.
Les Sebring - Vinnie's competition in the bail bonds racket.
Ray Smiley - A guy who sells pork chops out of the back of his Pontiac.
Ollie - AKA "Blubber Butt". Trenton cop who's the primary on the Lillian Paressi murder case.
Vito Grecci - Mob bagman who used to live in the other half of Connie's duplex. His half of the house mysteriously burned down after one of his bags came up light.
Gus and Wayne - A couple of Elvis impersonators in Vegas for a convention.
Louise Califonte - Casino manager who knows Samuel Singh's whereabouts.
Susan Lu - A cocktail waitress at Caesar's who knows Samuel Singh.
Erik Salvatora - One of Ranger's associates.
Miguel - Another of Ranger's associates. Erik Salvatora's partner.
Mary Elizabeth - Morelli's great-aunt. She's a chain smoking booze hound and a retired nun.
Cathy - Morelli's sister.
Uncle Mario - Morelli's uncle.
Butchy Salazar - FTA who ran over another guy after a fight over a woman.
Ryan Mott - Guy who got ran over by Butchy Salazar.
Candace Lalor - The woman that Butchy and Ryan were fighting over.
Mrs. Bestler - 200 year old woman who lives in Stephanie's building. She likes to joyride in the elevator.
Steven Wegan - First time FTA, charged with rape.
Cal - One of Ranger's Merry Men, given the unfortunate task of watching over Stephanie.
Father Gabriel - Priest at Helen Plum's church.
Julie Singer - Julie Wisneski now. She's an old schoolmate of Valerie.
Whiskey - Julie Wisneski's husband. Valerie used to have a crush on him in school.
Steven Klein - AKA "The Fisher Cat". Sinister character linked to Samuel Singh.
Lisa - Valerie and Kloughn's new baby. She was a breech birth.

Joe Juniak - Former Trenton police chief. Now he's running for Mayor.
Mr. Galucci - An older guy who lives in Morelli's neighborhood.
Harry Farnsworth - Frank Plum's friend. Things have gotten so bad at Frank's house that he's thinking about moving in with Harry.
Junior - Another one of Ranger's Merry Men.
Tommy Galucci - Famous Trenton mob boss.
